Do you require a deposit to secure the booking?
Yes, a 45% deposit is required to secure your event date.
All deposits are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, as preparation and purchasing begin in advance.
In certain cases, and at our discretion, the deposit may be transferred as credit towards a future booking.
Do you arrange a consultation or call?
Yes, we can arrange a consultation via call or message to discuss your event in detail and ensure everything is planned according to your requirements.
How far in advance should we book catering?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance. However, if your date is available, we may accommodate last-minute bookings. The earlier you book, the better.
What areas do you cover?
We are based in Birmingham and cover all areas across England, including London, Manchester, and the Midlands.
How many guests can you cater for?
For event catering, we cater for 20 to 250 guests. For smaller or everyday orders, we can cater for 1 person up to 100+.
Do you offer customised menus?
Yes, we offer fully customised menus based on your preferences, event style, and budget.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes, we can accommodate dietary requirements. Please discuss your needs with us in advance, and we will confirm what we can safely provide.
Do you provide staff and service for events?
Yes, we provide professional serving staff, including waiters and event service support where required.
Do you provide table styling or food display setups?
Yes, we provide full table styling and food display setups, including everything from welcome drinks and canapés to main courses and desserts.
How do we secure our event date?
To secure your date, simply contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone. A 45% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Do you travel outside your local area?
Yes, although we are based in Birmingham, we travel across England to deliver our services.
How can we request a quote?
